China Glaze Christmas Mani!

The other night there was an ugly Christmas sweater party at SLU. Along with my very tacky sweater, I decided to do a Christmas-themed manicure. I used Holly-Day for the green, Poinsettia for the red, and Twinkle Lights for the glitter. The design was freehanded with a nail art brush, and I used a dotting tool to add Twinkle Lights.



I was loosely inspired by those little drums that you always see around Christmas, like this ornament:


When doing this mani, I absolutely fell in love with Holly-Day. I have some other China Glaze greens, like Starboard, but something about Holly-Day just screams Christmas and the holiday season. It was also very pigmented, which helped a lot when I was freehanding the design.
